In this class, you will learn how to prepare:
Ravioli with ricotta in ragu sauce
Zeppole di San Giuseppe
Almond Bread Biscuits.
The Class includes a complimentary refreshment “Aperitivo” with a glass of wine or soft drink and a delicious lunch at Rosa’s house. You also can take home some of what you have prepared at the end of the class!
