Smoked Salmon Frittata


Frittata is an egg-based Italian dish similar to an omelet or crustless quiche or scrambled eggs, enriched with additional ingredients. For her frittata, Rosa uses smoked salmon, sweet potato, silverbeet from her garden, fresh eggs, parsley, olive oil, salt and pepper.

Cooking Instructions:

Reheat in the oven, microwave, or air fryer.

Must be hot before serving.

Storage instruction:

Keep it in the fridge for up to 3 days.

Can be frozen below 18c
