This is an interactive class, so prepare to get your hands dirty!
The class will include a step by step demonstration on how to prepare the pork of the salami, along with the correct techniques of filling and tying.
Recipes will be provided to take home. You will receive complimentary antipasto and a glass of wine or soft drink.
