Delicate beetroot- infuse  ricotta ravioli, finished with nutty brown butter and fragrant sage ;

This delicious raspberry jam biscuit pizzicati was a sweet hit that everyone in the family loved;

Classes will go ahead if 5 of the available spots are filled (8 for salami and sausages classes). We do not provide a refund if the class doesn’t run or if you are unable to attend. We will provide a gift voucher to use on a different date. You must provide one week notice cancellation to receive a gift voucher. If you cannot attend the class, you can send family or friend otherwise there will be no refund.
