This salad was inspired by Cypriot-inspired crunchy delight! It is made up of grains, pinenuts, seeds, and flaked almonds, with sweetness from currants or cranberries. There is also vibrancy from the fresh herbs and zing from capers and a lemon juice and olive oil dressing. Add extra flavor with the Greek yogurt,cumin, and honey dressing. delicious!
