Eggplant Parmigiana


Perfect for vegetarian guests, our eggplant parmigiana consists of layers of eggplant, napoli sauce, cheese and beautiful fresh herbs.

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 180 degrees celcius fan-forced.

Cook covered with baking paper (on base) and foil (covering on top).

Cook for 40 to 45 minutes.

Cook further uncovered for an additional 10 minutes or until golden brown.

Rest for 10 minutes before serving.
