Ricotta and Spinach Gnudi


Gnudi are gnocchi-like dumplings made with ricotta cheese instead of potato, with semolina.

The result is often a lighter, “pillowy” dish, unlike the often denser, chewier gnocchi.

Rosa’s Gnudi are served with burnt butter sage.

Ingredients:  flour, egg, semolina, ricotta, spinach, parmesan cheese;

Serves: 6 portions



Cooking Instructions

Reheat in the oven, microwave,

Must be hot before serving.

Storage instruction:

Keep it in the fridge for up to 3 days.

Can be frozen at -18c.
