Torta Salata di Bietole (Silverbeet Tart)


Torta Salata simply is a rustic savory tart made with a homemade pizza base filled with fresh silverbeet from Rosa’s garden.

Ingredients: silverbeet, onion, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper.

Pizza dough: flour, yeast, water, salt.

Serving Size: 6-8 portions



Cooking Instructions:

Reheat in the oven, microwave, or stove.

Must be hot before serving.

Storage instruction:

Keep it in the fridge for up to 3 days.

Can be frozen at -18c.
