Premium white flour, semolina, whole egg pasta. Broad flat pasta perfect with a light sauce such as our Napoli or Creamy Mushroom sauces. Similar to fettuccini, however larger in width.

Cooking Instructions:

Bring water to boil, add salt. Boil from frozen for 2-3 minutes or until al dente.

Do not defrost before cooking. Do not stir the pasta until rises to the surface of the pot.

Drain water and add your desired pasta sauce.

Storage Instructions:

Store below -18c.
