Premium white flour, semolina, whole egg pasta. Broad flat pasta perfect with a light sauce such as our Napoli or Creamy Mushroom sauces. Similar to fettuccini, however larger in width.

Cooking Instructions:

Bring water to the boil, add salt. Boil from frozen for 2-3 minutes or until al dente.

Do not defrost before cooking. Do not stir pasta until rises to surface of pot.

Drain water and add your desired pasta sauce.

Storage Instructions:

Store below -18c.
