Ricotta Ravioli


Delicate pockets of fresh egg pasta, filled with parmesan cheese, ricotta, salt, pepper, eggs, semolina and fresh parsley.

Serving Size: 6 portions (900g)


Cooking Instruction:

Bring water to the boil, add salt, boil frozen for 2-3 minutes or until al dente.

Do not defrost before cooking. Do not stir pasta until rises to surface of pot. Drain water and add your desired pasta sauce.

Storage Instruction:

Store frozen below -18c.
