Eggplant Parmigiana


Layers of eggplant with napoli sauce, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese and fresh herbs.

Serving Size: 6-8 portions


Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 180 degrees fan-forced.

Cook covered with baking paper (underneath) and foil (on top).

Cook for 40 to 45 minutes.

Cook further uncovered for an additional 10 minutes or until golden brown.

Rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Storage Instructions:

Store frozen below -18c.
